Group practice sessions exist to support learning, growth, and confidence in a respectful and encouraging environment. Safety, kindness, and mutual respect are essential for meaningful practice and shared progress. To participate in group practice sessions, you must adhere to the following guidelines.
Respect the host and the structure of the session. The host’s role is to keep the session safe, focused, and on time, and to support a productive experience for everyone.
Allow others to speak without interruption. If you’d like to jump in to make a comment, use the raise-hand button and wait for the host to call on you.
Offer and receive feedback with openness and kindness. Feedback should be constructive and supportive rather than judgmental or critical.
This is a safe space. Disrespectful language, mocking, dismissive reactions, or personal attacks will not be tolerated. The host reserves the right to intervene as he/she deems necessary to uphold a respectful and productive environment, including issuing a warning, temporarily suspending participation, or permanently banning a participant from the practice sessions in cases of repeated or serious violations.
This is a confidential space. What is shared in the group stays in the group. Recording sessions, taking screenshots, or sharing other participants’ experiences outside the session is not permitted without explicit consent.
Emotions are welcome in this space. However, emotional intensity does not justify disrespectful behavior or language toward others.
We are here to support one another. Kindness, patience, and respect are a foundational requirement.
If at any point you feel unsafe or uncomfortable during a session, please let the host know so the situation can be addressed in the moment.
If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback about the practice sessions, please contact the Session Coordinator, Noah Sam, directly via WhatsApp ( +41 788 720 798) or email at [email protected].
