StopStutter Daily Routine Unlocks Your Success
The StopStutter Daily Routine section is the most important feature of our program. Every day, you must complete your Daily Routine in order to stop stuttering.
Most stutterers stop stuttering within 2-3 months by applying The Neuroscience Method. As you learn our tools and techniques (also called Crutches and Speech Plans), you need to achieve 30 consecutive days without "bad incidents," or appearing to be speech disabled to non-stutterers.
1. Track Victories or Bad Incidents: Each day, you will record a "Victory" or "Bad Incident(s)" regarding whether you had a bad incident the previous day. If you had a bad incident, you will describe it, then search Speech Tools to identify which tools will enable you to avoid yesterday's incident(s) in the future.
2. Practice Speech Tools: The most important element to stop stuttering is to avoid hearing yourself stutter, so you must master our 8 Crutches and most important Speech Plans to ensure you possess all possible techniques to avoid bad incidents. Our Crutches are temporary.. That is, once you know the Crutches well, fear dies, and the Crutches will no longer be needed.
3. Reading Aloud: Reading aloud, by itself, has beaten stuttering for some. Hearing stutterless speech trains the mind to expect and deliver stutterless speech. The more time you read aloud, the faster you will stop stuttering.
4. Daily Affirmations: Hearing yourself repeat each Affirmation 20 times (twice daily), trains your mind to expect and deliver stutterless speech. As neurologist tell us, the most repeated thoughts become our dominant thoughts, our realities and become who we are.

The goal of hypnosis is to modify thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and even core beliefs. In this case, we will use Guided Hypnosis to rapidly improve your speech, quality of life, and self-image as a fluent person.
Whereas meditation aims to improve present moment and self-awareness, hypnosis focuses on tapping into the subconscious mind to reach a specific goal. Suggestions during hypnosis can cause dynamic changes in brain activity, thus reshaping thoughts of fluency.
Hypnosis is a changed state of awareness and increased relaxation that allows for improved focus, concentration, and receiving suggestions deeply into the subconscious mind. It is also called hypnotherapy. During hypnosis, you should feel calm, relaxed, and may drift into a trance, or a half-conscious state, in which your mind is highly suggestable.
Hypnosis can be guided by another person (Guided Hypnosis) or self-induced (Self-Hypnosis). In order to best receive hypnosis prior to hearing positive affirmations, StopStutter provides a Guided Hypnosis recording.
Stutterers can benefit tremendously by applying hypnosis to achieve fluency. When under hypnosis, the subconscious mind receives thoughts and affirmations which alter core beliefs to see and hear oneself speaking beautifully.When playing this Guided Hypnosis & Affirmations recording, you will experience approximately 15 minutes of guided hypnosis, immediately followed by your personally recorded affirmations. When you listen to the hypnosis coupled with your affirmations, the affect should be profound. When properly done, the Guided Hypnosis will drive your affirmations deeply into your subconscious mind, thus accelerating improvements in speech and self-image as a fluent person.
We recommend that you listen to the Guided Hypnosis & Affirmations recording twice a day, morning and night. Of course, you should continue to practice affirmations alone whenever possible and throughout the day as you retrain your mind and form your fluent self-image.
