This method works. I and so many others are living examples of it. Consistent practice is the key. Some days are low, and those are the days we double the practice.
This program works, unlike regular speech therapy. I'm able to relax in situations and use the crutches now, and I feel like I have a grasp on this. I'd recommend it to anybody who needs it.
